I am a Shanahan Fellow, based at the Allen Institute and the University of Washington. In my research, I develop new computational and machine learning methods that uncover structure in large-scale neural recordings, with a focus on how activity is organized across brain regions and how that organization shifts over time and across conditions. I completed my PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, following undergraduate degrees in neuroscience and in biomedical engineering at Tel Aviv University.
